Stanmore Resources is committed to transparency and progress in gender equity. Each year, we provide the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) with data relating to gender diversity, including our gender pay gap and workforce composition across reporting entities.
We are pleased to share our 2024–25 Employer Public Report as part of our commitment to transparency. You can access the report here.
As part of our 2023–24 submission, we also prepared an Employer Statement to provide context around our gender pay gap results and outline the actions we are taking to improve gender equity across our operations. This statement reflects our commitment to targeted recruitment, leadership development, and creating an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive.
Feedback can be submitted directly to WGEA via their website or emailed to us at hr@stanmore.net.au.
