Social Performance

Building strong relationships with our communities and employees is vital to the success and positive long-term influence of our organisation.

We work closely with communities in the Isaac region to understand their needs and provide support. Our focus is on driving local economic growth, creating jobs, strengthening relationships with communities and First Nations peoples, and investing in initiatives that enhance wellbeing.

In 2024, we strengthened our Social Performance Framework, aligning objectives and risks with core principles and enhancing community engagement and investment. Our focus remains on five areas: Social Impact Assessment, Stakeholder Engagement, Social Investment, Human Rights, and Cultural Heritage.

Stanmore’s Social Performance Standard sets the company’s minimum governance requirements for social performance. It ensures operations and projects identify, assess, and manage social risks and impacts, while engaging stakeholders in a meaningful, transparent, and collaborative way.
